Who can make a complaint?

Most people and small businesses can use FDR to make a complaint about a scheme member .

The FDR service can be used by individuals and small-to-medium businesses - those with fewer than 20 full-time employees (or the equivalent).

There are some exceptions however. For a full list of who can make a complaint, and the complaint types that are covered, see the 'what's covered' page, or the FDR frequently asked questions (FAQ) section 'complaint types'.

Complaints regarding registration of financial service providers can also be made through the Financial Service Providers Register (FSPR), using the FSPR complaints page.
