2013 Financial Knowledge and Behaviour Survey
The 2013 Financial Knowledge and Behaviour Survey has been commissioned by the Commission for Financial Literacy and Retirement Income, supported by ANZ and conducted by market research company Colmar Brunton. It measures the financial knowledge levels and financial behaviour of New Zealand aged 18 years and over.

Annual Report 2012
FDR Annual Report for the year to 30 June 2012 is now available. It includes reports from the Scheme Manager and the Scheme Adjudicator, complaint statistics and case studies; membership information; reports from scheme member and consumer satisfaction surveys and information about community and industry engagement. Teaching the Language of Complaint
A group of specialised complaint handling organisations, including FDR, have developed resources for teaching the language of complaint to new speakers of English.

Annual Report 2011
FDR has published its first annual report. The document gives an overview of the scheme's progress in its first 10 months of operation, along with a Scheme Manager and Scheme Adjudicator report. The report covers the period from 1 October 2010 to 30 June 2011. The full report can be viewed here.
FDR has produced a brochure for consumers, giving a brief overview of the scheme and how to access it. This brochure will be distributed to consumer organisations around the country, such as Citizens Advice Bureaux and the New Zealand Federation of Family Budgeting Services.
